Accommodation Policy

The present general terms and conditions regulate the relations between “GREEN CUBE” OOD regarding the services provided by the Green cube hostel and the guests of the hostel.

The terms and conditions below apply to Green cube hostel bookings made on the website www.greencubehostel.com and you must confirm your acceptance of them in order to make a successful booking. It is in your interest and for your own protection that you are required to read these terms and conditions carefully before making a booking. If you do not understand something, please ask us for additional information.

Making a reservation and ID required upon arrival at the hostel
Please follow the instructions on the website, mobile site or app or consult us to make a reservation.
When you make and confirm your reservation, you will receive a confirmation number. The booking will not be binding on GREEN CUBE LTD until we have issued you with a confirmation number.
Your reservation is not transferable or resold in whole or in part.
When you check in at the hostel, you will be required to provide a valid identity document for registration at the place of accommodation, according to the Legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria.
You must be 18 years of age or older to book with us and stay alone. If you are under 18 years of age, you must be accompanied by an adult to register and check in.
Payment and prices
Accommodation at Green cube hostel is in capsules/beds, with the maximum occupancy per capsule being one guest.
The price for each capsule is published on our website, mobile site or app at the time of booking through this channel or, in the case of a phone booking, the price communicated to you at the time of booking and which is visible on the website.
Prices are per overnight capsule, include VAT, tourist tax and insurance and do not include meals or additional services. It is possible to add additional services for a surcharge upon check-in or during your stay. Prices are in Bulgarian leva.
All payments through the Website are due in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable in the event that you cancel your booking.
We will ask you to provide us with debit or credit card details at the time of booking and will charge that payment card for the cost of the entire stay of the booking, even if you do not arrive.
We reserve the right to cancel any reservation made for which we have not been able to receive payment from the guest on the due date.
Cancellation, change, refund and no-show
Green cube Hostel only works with Inflexible Rates/Non-Refundable Rates.
As bookings with inflexible rates are discounted, payments made for these bookings are non-refundable.
Once you have checked into the Green cube hostel, you cannot cancel the relevant reservation without being charged the full amount of the reservation.

Absence and change

If you do not arrive at the hostel on the specified arrival date, you will be considered a ‘no-show’ and your booking will be cancelled, and as per our cancellation policy, no refunds will be issued to the guest.
In the event that you know in advance that you will not be able to check in on the day of the reservation, please contact us to change the date of the reservation for a future period.
In the event that the booking price in any future period is higher than the amount originally paid, we will ask you to pay the difference on check-in.

Refund process

If an event beyond our control is likely to prevent us from providing the accommodation service under your booking, we may cancel the booking by notifying you (by email) and refunding in full any payments made by you to your payment card , which you used to make the reservation.

Check-in, check-out and transfer

You can check in after 14:00 on your scheduled arrival date, unless you pay an early check-in fee (after 10:00) directly to the hostel, which is always subject to availability.
You must vacate the room before 11:00 AM on the scheduled departure date. You may pay a late check-out fee until 2:00 PM, in case occupancy permits. If you do not vacate the room by c 11:00 AM, we may charge you a late check-out fee, and in case you do not vacate by 2:00 PM, we will charge you the next night’s stay.

Rules for moving to another place of accommodation

In the rare event that there is no available capsule for you on arrival by reservation, we undertake to provide you with a room in alternative accommodation at our expense and to pay the reasonable cost of transport there; or at your request or, if in our opinion there is no suitable alternative accommodation in another accommodation – to cancel your booking and refund any sums you have paid paid in advance for the unavailable capsule.
Your stay – Guest rights and obligations
Green cube hostel undertakes to provide hostel guests with the requested and paid services in full.
Hostel Green cube undertakes not to change the price of paid services for already confirmed and paid reservations.
We provide one room with wheelchair access and for people with reduced mobility, subject to availability. Please specify this requirement at the time of booking.
You must not exceed the maximum specified occupancy for the capsule you have booked. Maximum occupancy is one guest.
We will try to accommodate special requirements and preferences, but all capsule bookings are subject to availability.
When you make a reservation, you agree not to use Green cube hostel or its premises for commercial or profit-making activities without the prior written consent of GREEN CUBE LTD. We may terminate your booking and retain any monies paid for that booking if we believe you have breached this clause.
The accommodation of unregistered visitors and the bringing of outsiders into the sleeping quarters are not allowed in the hostel. Outsiders can only be welcomed in the common areas.
Smoking is prohibited in all areas except designated smoking areas outside the hostel. If you smoke on the hostel premises, we may cancel your booking and reserve the right to demand immediate repayment of our costs for general cleaning or repairs, or reimbursement of damage to the premises, as well as the cost of the room for any period during which it is unusable .
You must not bring any potentially dangerous items into the premises.
It is not allowed to prepare food and turn on kitchen or personal heating appliances in the sleeping areas.
Hostel guests are obliged to observe generally accepted norms of good behavior during their stay in the hostel and to maintain and protect public order. During their stay, hostel guests are responsible for all damages caused as a result of damaged and/or missing property owned by the hostel. Kitchen appliances, including but not limited to stoves, microwave ovens, refrigerators and toasters, must be operated conscientiously and under the supervision of guests, following the safety conditions. Any small electrical appliance/device must be unplugged after use.
You must not disturb other guests or our staff, including but not limited to making noise or obscene behaviour.
Green cube hostel is not responsible for damages caused to guests caused by actions of third parties.
Hostel Green cube is not responsible for lost, forgotten or stolen items from the capsules/rooms when they are not kept in a safe, as well as for damages caused by third parties.
You must return the key card provided to you to access the premises when you leave the hostel. If you do not do this, we may charge you for a replacement key card. In case you fail to return your key upon check-out, please contact the hostel to arrange for its return.
If you do not comply with the above rules, during your stay at Green cube hostel, we may cancel your booking and ask you to leave the hostel immediately and we may retain any funds paid to us for this booking. If we consider that your non-compliance is serious enough, we may refuse to accept future bookings from you.
Additional services
We offer certain additional services that are paid locally at the hostel, as well as free of charge.
Early check-in and late check-out services are always subject to availability.
Green cube hostel does not allow pets except guide dogs.
Guide dogs for the visually impaired and guide dogs for the hearing impaired can be brought to the hostel free of charge and only if the guest’s reservation is for a disabled room.
You must not leave your service dog unattended at any time and must always keep it on a lead in all common areas.
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please take the time to familiarize yourself with it, as it contains important terms that apply to you. By providing personal data in connection with a booking, you consent to such processing on your own behalf, and for personal data that is required on a legal basis, express consent is not required. Changes to these terms and conditions: We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time, and the terms and conditions applicable to your booking are those in force on the date of booking.
Legal Rights: If you are an individual user, you have certain legal rights. If any of these conditions pro

of a statutory right, or the law changes and your statutory rights change, then the statutory rights will take precedence over these terms.
Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control/Force Majeure: GREEN CUBE LTD shall not be liable for failure to comply with any of our obligations in relation to your booking due to any adverse event beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to floods, earthquakes, extreme adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, other natural disasters, acts of terrorism, partial or total cancellation or delay of a major public event, fire or failure of the electricity supply network, gas, water or other utility service, machinery and equipment, computers, vehicles or collapse of building structures. If an event beyond our control is likely to prevent us from making accommodation on your booking, we may cancel it by notifying you in writing and refund in full any payments made by you in relation to that booking in the manner on which it was originally paid.

Complaints, questions and disputes

All complaints related to the quality of the paid services should be submitted on site at the hotel with a detailed written description of the discrepancy between the agreed and provided services and, if available, provide proof. The manager of the Green cube hostel checks the received claim and within seven days gives a written answer to the guest whether he accepts the claim. In the event that all or part of the claim is upheld, the guest will be refunded the unpaid amount in the manner in which it was originally paid.
All guests who have made their reservation through the mediation of third parties should refer their complaints and complaints to these persons. “GREEN CUBE” Ltd. is not responsible for conditions and services promised to the Holder or Customer by third parties, but not contained in the reservation offer sent by him.
“GREEN CUBE” Ltd. is not responsible for losses that are not caused by a violation of these terms and conditions by us and for losses that were not foreseeable for both parties at the time the contract was drawn up. A loss is foreseeable if it is obvious that it will happen, or if at the time the contract was drawn up both we and you knew it might happen – for example, if you discussed it with us when making the reservation.
We wish to provide a safe and secure environment for your stay and will take appropriate security measures if necessary. If an incident occurs during your stay resulting in theft, loss or damage to your property, we will carry out an internal investigation and report it to the District Police Department.
We will not be liable under any circumstances for loss or damage to vehicles in which you have arrived at the Hostel or any property left in them, whether or not they are parked in a car park connected to the Hostel.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or otherwise which would be unlawful for us.
These terms and conditions and all non-contractual obligations arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Bulgarian law.
We have put in place appropriate security measures to protect your personal data against accidental loss, unauthorized use or access, as well as against its alteration or disclosure. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, subcontractors and other third parties for whom there is a business need to know. They will only process your personal data in accordance with our instructions and are subject to an obligation of confidentiality. We have procedures in place to deal with any suspected breach of the security of personal data and will notify you and any responsible regulator of a security breach where we are legally required to do so.

You may use the www.greencubehostel.com website, mobile site and application and their content solely for personal, non-commercial and private purposes, always complying with applicable copyright laws.
All trademarks, trade names, service marks and all other marks, whether registered and or unregistered on the website, mobile site and application, are the property of “GREEN CUBE” OOD and may not be used, reproduced or modified without prior written approval from “GREEN CUBE” OOD. 12. Disclaimer.
